Who We Are
We get what you need, to you. We are Cincinnati’s bike courier service serving downtown Cincinnati, Over-the-Rhine, West End, Covington, and Newport. Based in Over-the-Rhine, our focus is providing local businesses and residents with a fast, affordable delivery option.
We are comprised of experienced, dedicated cyclists who love what they do, and we are rider-owned and operated. Because of this we are heavily invested in the quality of the work we do for our clients and customers.
Why Bikes?
Bikes are faster and more efficient than cars in the city. They’re better for the environment. But mostly, they’re awesome and we enjoy riding them.

If you are interested in having food delivered from a restaurant that is not one of our clients, please request a quote. All orders from non-client restaurants will be treated as a Rush (1 hr / $11) delivery.

FAQs
How do I place a food order with you guys?
Select “Our Clients” at the top of the page, choose the restaurant client that you want to order from, and hit Order Online!
What if I want something from another restaurant?
For the price of our Rush (1-hr.) Parcel rates ($12), we’ll pick up food from pretty much any other restaurant in the downtown/OTR area. Just place your order with the restaurant and pay over the phone, then contact us via our non-client restaurant delivery form.
What about parcel service?

How much are you able to carry?
Quite a lot! We regularly do $150+ catering deliveries for our restaurant clients and non-clients alike. For our larger orders we use a Bullitt cargo bike to haul stuff around, so you can rest assured that we have the capabilities to carry your order whether it be $25 or $450 (oh yeah, we’ve done that).
Are you open on holidays?
Currently we are not open on major holidays.
How do I change / cancel an order?
If you already placed your order with a client restaurant contact them ASAP to cancel or change the order. If the order is cancelled after we pick it up you will be refunded all but the delivery fee. If the order is from a non-client restaurant contact the restaurant to change / cancel the order and give us a call to let us know the order is cancelled.

Do you still operate in bad weather?
We operate year-round, in all weather, with rare delays during severe weather events such as tornado warnings.
How do you say your name?
Fifty-Three-Tee Courier. Not five-three-T, and not five-one-three. 53T stands for the number of teeth (hence the T) on a typical road bike’s “big” chainring– it’s the fast gear. Get it?
